Fully Funded Scholarship – Australia

Applications are now open for the Australian Government RTP Scholarship at the University of Sydney for 2024. Australia Research Training Program (RTP) Scholarship valued at up to $37,207 yearly towards tuition fee offset and a living-costs stipend.

International postgraduate research students willing to pursue their master’s degree by research or Ph.D. are welcome to apply for the Australian Government RTP Scholarship. High-quality international postgraduate students can apply for this opportunity from around the world at the University of Sydney.

Following are set of eligibility criteria that each applicant should meet before applying to the RTP Scholarship:

1. Applicants should be an international student at the time of award.
2. The Scholarship holders should enroll in a full-time postgraduate research degree.
3. Depending on visa conditions, the University of Sydney may approve a part-time Scholarship under exceptional circumstances beyond the student’s control.
4. Applicants should apply for RTP Scholarships at the time of their admission application to their Higher Degree Research Course.
5. Candidates should start or enroll in postgraduate research.Demonstrate outstanding academic achievement record and research potential.
6. Received an unconditional admission offer or be currently enrolled in a master’s by research or Ph.D. at the University of Sydney.
